Create Incident #
Assist the building owner in managing incidents related to the building.
Incidents can be created by tenants, who report them promptly to the building owner for resolution.
Similarly, the building owner can proactively create incidents when issues arise
Resolve Incident #
Click “Confirm resolved” to acknowledge that the incident has been resolved.
