Service Order Management #
This feature is a valuable tool for managing the monthly service orders for rental rooms (including rental service costs such as electricity, water, parking, etc.).
This task must be completed before creating and sending payment invoices to tenants.
Service Order #
Once the landlord has entered all the necessary information regarding the tenant’s service usage metrics, click “Confirm” to finalize the service order. The tenant will also receive a notification and can easily track it monthly.
After successfully completing the service order, a rent invoice will automatically be created and sent to the tenant.
