This feature helps tenants track the monthly service completion invoices for rental rooms (including rental service fees such as electricity, water, parking, etc.).
When a service completion request is in “Draft” status, tenants can view the estimated service fees they need to pay for the month. If there are any discrepancies, they can notify the landlord promptly before the landlord finalizes the service completion.
When the service completion request is in “Confirmed” status, tenants will also receive a notification and can easily track the monthly service fee history for the room.
