VNPAY Payment Instructions
VNPAY payment gateway is a solution developed by Vietnam Payment Solution Joint Stock Company (VNPAY). Customers can use bank cards/accounts, the QR Pay/VNPAY-QR feature integrated into the Mobile Banking apps of various banks, or linked e-wallets to complete transactions and enter discount codes (if available)

Payment methods via VNPAY
1. Payment method via “VNPAY-QR supported payment app
Step 1: Select your product or service and choose “Pay now” or “Place order”
On the payment page, please review the selected product, fill in the recipient’s information, choose the VNPAY payment method, and click “Place order now”
Step 2: The payment screen will switch to the VNPAY payment gateway interface. Select the “VNPAY-QR supported payment app” method
Step 3: The system will display a QR code along with the amount to be paid. Please review the amount. Use your banking app (as listed), select “Scan Code” and scan the QR code displayed on the website payment screen
Note: The QR code is valid for 15 minutes.
To ensure successful payment, customers are advised to review the scanning conditions and processes on their phones beforehand to avoid issues related to expiration that may affect payment and promotional codes
Step 4: Review the details, enter a discount code (if any), and complete the payment.
Once the payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation notification on the website
2. Payment method via “Domestic cards and bank accounts”
Step 1: Select your product or service and choose “Pay now” or “Place order”
On the payment page, please review the selected product, fill in the recipient’s information, choose the VNPAY payment method, and click “Place order now”
Step 2: The payment screen will switch to the VNPAY payment gateway interface. Select the “Domestic cards and bank accounts” method and choose your bank from the list
Step 3: Please enter your card/account information as required and select “Continue.” An OTP code will be sent to your registered phone number; enter the OTP code to complete the transaction
Note: The transaction will expire after 15 minutes
Step 4: Once the payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation notification on the website
3. Payment method via “International payment cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, UnionPay)”
